2011 Horror Shooter is currently one of the best selling games on Xbox

With its sleek interface, huge influx of classic games and the backwards compatibility it offered, the Xbox 360 was truly a console ahead of its time.

With the Xbox 360 Store shutting down a few months earlier, Microsoft decided to offer many of its games at a discounted rate on the Xbox Series X/S. While not all games from that era are available digitally on current-gen consoles, the ones that are have received a surprisingly good reception and resurgence over the past few months. There seems to be some merit in offering many of the original Xbox 360 and Xbox games on sale to allow modern-day gamers to experience many of these fine titles.

There are currently a limited number of Xbox 360 games offered on Xbox Game Pass, with other titles sold separately in the store. While many of the games from that era are backwards compatible, not everything is offered in the digital store. Some of them are even offered at a price that would rival many games in the current generation.
