From the Fontaine era, Genshin Impact looked for ways to improve the gaming experience for players beyond simply adding new features. These quality of life changes have injected new life into the game and have been met with glowing praise from the community.
In version 5.0, players were allowed to create their own artifacts Genshin Impact for the first time, drastically reducing the game's most infamous grind. However, having the right set of artifacts is only a quarter of the equation when building a Genshin Impact character as players are also expected to improve their talents, rank up and equip them with a suitable weapon. Genshin Impact players will be able to jump over Spiral Abyss floors
The most appealing part of these new quality of life changes is undoubtedly the ability to skip the first two floors of the Spiral Abyss in Genshin Impact. Instead of having to do floors 9 and 10, Genshin Impact players who got all nine stars on floor 12 in the previous cycle can start from floor 11. Conversely, players who got all nine stars on floor 11 can start from floor 10. Most importantly, the skip still gives players the intended Spiral Abyss rewards. .
Another notable feature coming in version 5.1 is the introduction of custom Artifact filters for each individual Genshin Impact character. These persistent artifact filters can be set and reset manually, making it easier for players to see which artifacts are most useful for the character they are currently building. Just like the old system, filters sort a player's inventory by desired attributes, such as Critical Rate or Elemental Mastery.
