Unlock the rose door
To get this achievement, players must unlock the golden door with a statue during Vivian's Story. You will need to find a metal rose in the girls' bathroom and place it on the statue to unlock the door.
Run from the spotlight
Avoid glare
You'll first encounter the spotlight in the boy's bathroom when you play as Vivian. Escape the area without stepping into his range to unlock this achievement. If you get caught, exit the main menu and try again.
Air purifier
Air out the Webber building
You'll need to pull the smoke out of the Webber building using the HVAC unit on the right. You will need to use the power diverter in the gymnasium after solving the Fuse Box puzzle.
Sculptor
Repair the stone face
You'll need to find three Face Pieces by navigating the east and west hallways inside the Webber Building. Once you have all the face pieces, go into the sewers and use them on the statue inside the closet.

Carefully examine the occult collection
During Vivian's Story, when you get to the Library's Occult Collection to pick up the Ouija board, carefully check all the items on display.

When Amy asks you to get the Ouija board, follow her until she sits down instead of heading to the Desk. The achievement unlocks automatically.
Bingo enthusiast
Give the glass an extra spin.
After finding the Raffle crank, you can spin the glass on the gymnasium stage to find a fuse. Spin the glass a few times afterwards to unlock this achievement.
Flow to music
Repair the sprinkler while a song plays.
You will hear music from the nearby speaker system when you reach the blood pipe water spray pump in your inventory. Do not turn it off and continue to repair the pump. This achievement will unlock once you turn on the sprinklers outside the theater.
Brave
Dare to follow the mysterious shadow.
As Vivian, when you get the solder paste from the vending machine, you'll notice a Specter staring at you from the corner. Follow him to the last bathroom stall to get this achievement.
Ghost hunter
See every elusive specter.
To unlock this trophy, you will need to find 10 Elusive Specters as Amy in the first part of the game.
Read between the lines
Impeccably deciphers poetry.
In the literature room, solve the puzzle box on the table without making a mistake.
- Set the rose dial at 12 o'clock
- Set the knife dial to 1 o'clock
- Set the dial with the cage at 6 o'clock
Hit the switch in the middle to unlock this achievement.

Start again with different eyes.

Enter the familiar rooms
Automatically unlocked when you reach Amy's Childhood Home after escaping the School Library.

Navigate classrooms without help.
Navigate the east and west hallways of the Webber Building without looking at the map outside the burning theater. The achievement will unlock once you place the last face piece on the statue in the Sewer area.
Master
Play a large song.
In the music room, interact with the piano and play all the notes from left to right in sequence.
Lunar Seal
Place the first medallion.
When you reach Amy's Childhood Home, you will see a prayer altar next to you. Find all the missing items for the ritual, including the Saints Statue in the back garden to grab the Moon Medallion. Place the Medallion on the main door of the house.

Perform perfectly in the final showdown.
Complete the encounter without getting hit during the final boss fight in Vivian's Story.

You crack the code out of sheer instinct.
There are two ways to get this trophy Fear the spotlightboth unlocked when playing as Amy. In Girls Locker Office, you have to unlock the Toolbox without looking at the note that gives you the password. The password is 001. If you miss it, keep playing until you reach the Pool Desk in the Gym Building. Unlock the safe in the corner without looking at the trophy rack. The password is 1987.
Memory Lane
Listen to each voicemail
In Amy's Story, you will receive voice messages from Vivian every time you interact with a Glitch. There are five voicemails in total. Here's how to get them all:
- Interact with the Glitch on the kitchen counter on the lower level of Amy's house.
- Interact with the Glitch in the basement near the water valve
- Go to the upper level after inserting the Moon Medallion through the door. Open the phone to listen to the voicemail.
- Interact with Glitch in Jun's bathroom sink.
- After solving the tarot card puzzle and going through the Mirror in Amy's Bedroom, you'll find the last Glitch in front of the Blue Door.

Untie the three ropes that hold the spotlight in the living room of Amy's Childhood Home.
Really back
Return to the beginning
After placing the two medallions on the door of Amy's Home, you will find yourself in a cage with Vivian standing in front of you. Let the scene play and you'll end up back at the Library. The achievement unlocks after completing the scene.
No stress
Survive without a scratch.
Complete Amy's story in Fear the spotlight without getting caught by Ghost Lady or Spotlight.

Finish the game for good.
Complete the game as Amy and Vivian.

Escape from school together.
After reuniting with Vivian, follow her as she is taken to the teacher's room. Lure the teacher to the principal's office by calling and then go to Vivian. After the cutscene, run away from the school to unlock this achievement.

Try a rescue call.
After unlocking the Rose Door in Vivian's Tale, you'll find a public phone. Use the Quarter in your inventory to make a 911 call.

It breaks the poem perfectly.
Solve the Garden Statue puzzle and get the Saints Statue without making a mistake.

To get this achievement, you will need to witness four scenes as Amy. It's unmissable because they're part of the normal progression.
