Abbott Elementary is currently among the best comedy sites on television. Created by one of the main protagonists of the show, Quinta Brunson, sees a documentary crew who records the daily life of Teachers at Abbott Elementary. They follow and interview the teachers about the hilarious incidents that take place both inside and outside the space.

Season 4 of the series has a total of 22 episodes and successfully continues the strong series of series to provide quality entertainment. With each new installment, Abbott Elementary has created some unforgettable episodes with fun plots, and season 4 does not disappoint.

Episode 5

Dad is fighting

Gregory is having a lot of fun with one of his students, Jabari, and gives him a pencil to keep. However, his father becomes extremely jealous and asks for a fight. On the other hand, Melissa comes to work physically bad, but she refuses to go to see a doctor about it.

As the time of fighting is approaching, Gregory talks to many people, such as Tarik, his teacher, friends and even his father, who encourages him to fight back. Although Gregory comes with a plan to avoid a fight with Jacob, he mistakes terribly. Finally, both adults do not fight for each other for the sake of Jabari. The funniest that came out of this episode is when Jabari's father calls Gregory Superro, Deadpool, after talking to the camera.

Episode 2

Ringworm

When Jacob noticed Brandon to scratch his arm during the class, he asks the problem. It seems that Brandon was infected with Ringworm, who sends everyone in a panic. Gregory gets stuck in the classroom, while Janine, Melissa and Ava take safety measures, which leads to sealing the upper and lower floors of the whole school.

However, Jacob allows a student to use the toilet, which allows the worm to be spread in the other classrooms. Chaos bursts among teachers until Jacob suggests a neat idea that isolates infected students. The most hilarious parts of this episode are the way Barbara and Gregory approach the worms in different ways. The episode also has one of the best openings, because it sees that all teachers and parents do a line dance for “Wild Wild West”.

Episode 13

The scientific fair

Like every school, Abbott Elementary has a scientific fair. However, the emotion of the children is sprinkled as the fair deals completely. The episode sees Jacob having to team up with his Nemesis, Morton, to become judges of the fair. He also pulls Barbara down with him.

Unfortunately, things do not go as planned, because teachers begin to compete in the scientific fair with children. For this reason, the competition becomes intense, and the unfair scoring of the judges makes the children exclude the teachers from the Science fair. The best scenes in this episode are certainly those with Morton's trio, Barbara and Jacob, because they lead to some hilarious interactions.

Episode 4

Costume contest

In this episode of Halloween, Barbara wants to celebrate her with students in her traditional way. However, a parent refuses and asks them not to do so. Meanwhile, Gregory and Janine carry their suit of Jurassic Park niche couples for a competition. Unfortunately, no one is able to recognize who or what they are.

The episode sees that Barbara is trying to bring students into her traditions, but eventually fails to do so and accept reality. On the other hand, Gregory and Janine are trying to change their costumes at the last moment to win, but they get back to the original ones, because that made it fun for them. The episode also ends with a careful tribute for Blade movies, with AVA that strengthens its costume.

Episode 21

Rally

After AVA was dismissed from Abbott Elementary because he took bribes, the teachers advocate themselves in the district to give their jobs back and reinstall. Unfortunately, their first attempt deviates as they end up supporting temporarily.

When students realize this, they orchestrate a peaceful protest. This leads to listening to their requirements once more, but it is not enough. Finally, PTA, other school principals and people in the community are up for AVA, which forces the district to give it a job back. It is a very healthy moment, because we see the impact that Ava had on the community as a whole. The scene also resembles the final sequence at Avengers Endgame, while the PTA head, Tarik, says: “To your left.”

Episode 17

Karaoke

Teachers decide to have a Karaoke night while Ava has the first meeting with O'Shon in a fanciful restaurant. At the club, Jacob gets to hit his former, Zach, who got and did a lot more since their separation. This puts it in an upset disposition while sings with fierce “the last resort”.

Ava and O'shon have problems at their time, while she refuses to open properly for him. Only when they are not outside, AVA shares their reason to act as it did. Later, the couple goes to the teacher's karaoke party with the crew, where Jacob receives some beautiful tips from Melissa and Barbara. Finally, Gregory also arrives at the club from his second job, and the whole group sings one last song together.

Episode 8

Winter break

With the arrival of Christmas Eve, everyone makes their own plans. Melissa invites Barbara for his family's dinner, while Janine and Gregory decide to have fun watching some Christmas movies. However, as always, these plans do not go as intended.

Melissa's family dinner hits a major speed, while Jacob discovers her uncle Archie's body in his room, while Ava unexpectedly collapses Janine and Gregory's party. Jacob insists on reporting the body, while Melissa wants to do this only after the dinner is completed. Finally, the episode ends with the revelation that Archie is not dead and has just given birth to it.

Episode 22

Please touch the museum

The end of season 4 is definitely the best episode. As the school makes a trip to “Museum please touch”, Gregory's father, Martin, volunteers to help Chaperon. Janine does her best to make a great first impression by changing her personality in a stricter, without emotion. However, she abandones her, because this version of themselves does not like it and her students.

Instead, we see a change in Martin as he gets rid of and jokes with children. This shocked Gregory because he had never seen this father's version. After asking the reason for this drastic change, he tells him about how Janine reminded him of Gregory's mother and how she always told him to relax from time to time. This is the strongest aspect of Abbott Elementary, because it is able to balance the comedy while delivering these emotional moments.
