Fastest ways to level up in New World: Aeternum
If you are a solo player then the best way to level up The New World is to do the main search. The same logic applies to almost every other MMO out there, but there are a few things you should know about this game to help you earn XP faster than usual.
Do those side quests
First, there is many side missions that are set at or near the objectives of the main story missions. We strongly suggest doing all the side quests you can when you get to a new area, then complete them as you do the MSQ. Not all side quests happen near the main story objectives, so you can refrain from taking them or simply hide them from the journal so that the UI is not cluttered.
Regional XP bonuses
Second, you can get regional XP bonuses by unlocking perks, which you can get by earning position points in the territory New World: Aeternum. Open the map screen, then turn your attention to the left side. There is a list of map regions there, and if one of them has a notification signal, it means you can unlock perks for that region.
You will be able to choose between three random perks for each upgrade point you have. The bonus XP benefit won't always be there – if it isn't, take advantage of the extra storage or speed boost.
Crafts
If you're already at a high level and struggling to max out, give it a try incorporate the craft into your regular routine. You get XP for your main level and chosen trade skills. Since crafting tends to be very profitable, this is a great way to earn money if you're planning to buy something expensive, like a house in New World: Aeternum.
Because crafting requires a lot of materials, this method is usually reserved for mid-late game players with far too many resources than they know what to do with. Crafting and refining low-level materials is usually not worth doing early, and it's better to focus on completing quests.
