Conqueror's haki is a powerful ability that only a few can use. Here are some must-have One Piece characters, although it is unconfirmed.
They are known to have extraordinarily large bodies and huge blood in their veins. But, these people are not giants, but a completely different race. Kuma was known as the last Buccaneer alive in the eyes of the World Government, but there are certain people who could turn out to be Buccaneers without the Government's knowledge.

White beard
A strong man who looks like a buccaneer
Whitebeard is one of the main contenders to be Buccaneer in One piece. First of all, Whitebeard's body stature is exactly like Kuma's, especially when he was a child. Even their heights are quite similar, and fans certainly know that Whitebeard possessed majestic strength, even when one takes his Devil Fruit out of the equation.
This strength could be derived from the Buccaneer lineage. In fact, Oda even hinted that Whitebeard is of this lineage when he compared Kuma's size to his in the Egghead arc. Of course, Whitebeard is dead, but it sure is a great detail if he really turned out to be a Buccaneer, which would tie him to Sun God Nika in an interesting way.
4
Edward the ladybug
A possible clone of Whitebeard
Edward Weevil is Whitebeard's son, and while many fans consider him to be unrelated, Miss Bakkin, also known as Miss Buckingham Stussy, is adamant that they are blood relatives. She even suggested that the only person capable of knowing the truth about Edward Weevil is Vegapunk, meaning she has absolute confidence that Weevil is her son with Whitebeard.
Of course, given the stitching on his body, fans can definitely tell that Weevil is not Whitebeard's natural son. But he clearly has the power of Whitebeard in him and the line factor is probably fine. The ladybug could have been a prototype for Whitebeard's clone and possibly with Bakkin's elements involved. In many ways, it could very well be Whitebeard's, and if Whitebeard was a Buccaneer, then Weevil is a living Buccaneer that the Government doesn't know about.
3
The S-Bear
A clone of Kuma
S-Bear is a seraphim created using Bartholomew Kuma's line factor. Fans know that S-Bear beer is incredibly strong and is groomed to be one of the strongest around the world. S-Bear is essentially a Buccaneer. At the same time, he also possesses the Lunarian Lineage Factor, giving him brown skin, white hair, black wings, and a flame on his back.

In addition, he also has access to the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi, which makes him extraordinarily powerful. S-Bear is stronger than Kuma can ever be, and on top of that, it is through him that the legacy of the Buccaneer race lives on.
2
Bonney (only when using Devil Fruits)
He can become a buccaneer with a messy future
Bonney is clearly not a buccaneer, but a man. However, fans know that Bonney possesses a unique Devil Fruit called Toshi Toshi no Mi. Using this devil fruit, Bonney can access any future and make it a reality for herself and the people around her, and this only works as long as she has absolute faith in her imagination. The smaller her faith, the smaller the scope of the future she can imagine it to be.
Bonney is fully aware of the existence of Buccaneers and at the same time can use this knowledge and imagination to transform himself into a Buccaneer. Fan has seen her transform into one multiple times in the Egghead Island arc, and it's safe to say she can carry on Kuma's legacy.
1
Blackbeard
A person with a special body
Blackbeard is yet another individual who could be considered to be a Buccaneer in secret. It was clearly established in One piece that Blackbeard has a special body and that the special body even allows him to consume more than one Devil Fruit. Of course, if all the Buccaneers could do that, then fans would definitely see more people in the world One piece has multiple abilities.
Blackbeard's ability to eat more devil fruits does not come from his Buccaneer bloodline, but at the very least, his strange body could be a result of it. The only thing against Blackbeard being a Buccaneer is his size, which is definitely not as big as Kuma.
