In Yukinobu Tatsu's Kaiju Arc Dandadan explores the drama that unfolds as Momo and Okarun hunt for the latter's lost kintama, leading them to a haunted apartment complex where there have been reports of a mysterious golden ball. Once there, the duo are confronted by a dangerous space kaiju that viciously attacks them, putting their lives in danger. With the help of Aira, Jiji and Kinta, Okarun and Momo put up a fierce battle, eventually subduing their enemy.
