Unless you have pre-registered for Disney Pixel RPGyou will start the game with zero blue crystals. (Players who have pre-registered get about 8,000 blue crystals at the start.) And that raises the critical question: how can players get more blue crystals? Fortunately, there are several easy ways to acquire this currency.
Earn blue crystals by completing daily tasks
Job Center quests offer blue crystals as rewards for completion. There are different types of quests including Daily, Rookie, Limited Time and Main Quests that progress the story. Every time you complete one of these tasks, you have a chance to win Blue Crystals. The good news is that you can view the rewards for each task, allowing you to target those that offer blue crystals specifically.
Expeditions allow you to farm random items, including blue crystals. Although this feature is initially locked, you can send your characters on daily adventures to get valuable rewards after reaching a certain point in the story. Each expedition lasts 20 hours, with a small chance to earn rewards every 10 minutes. To maximize your chances of getting items, it's best to let the explorers search for their entire time.
Earning blue crystals from expeditions is not very common; you are more likely to receive Pix , an in-game currency or upgrade pixels, which are needed to level up. However, since these items passively contribute to your progress, they can ultimately increase your chances of obtaining blue crystals through other means.
Grow your team to earn blue crystals
Every time you level up a character through Explorer Level-Up, you earn 100 Blue Crystals. To get the most out of this method, make sure your high-potential characters – the ones you want to max out – are in your main party and actively fighting. Additionally, send them on Frequent Expeditions to help their XP level increase faster.
You also earn Blue Crystals every time you raise your profile. (You can see your current profile level in the upper left corner of the screen.)
Upgrade your index level to unlock crystal packs
Disney Pixel RPGHis index rewards you with blue crystals as he levels up. The index serves as a repository for all your information, including enemies encountered, characters owned, and recipes unlocked. As you expand your data, the Index increases, potentially giving you up to 10,000 Blue Crystals when maxed out.
To level up your Index, you can use four methods: 1) Earn points by unlocking more characters through the gacha menu, 2) level up characters using Upgrade Pixels, 3) increase the rarity of a character (increase star level), and 4) exceed character limits with medals.
Beat missions on hard mode for bigger crystal rewards
Hard mode features reward stages that give 100 blue crystals each. To unlock this mode, you must first complete all three stages of the game on Normal difficulty. Once it's accessible, you can try to defeat tougher enemies on Hard mode to reach the bonus stages, which are marked by a treasure chest on the world map.
There is no need to win a battle to open these chests. Once you reach the bonus tile, simply tap it again to claim your blue crystals.
