Final Fantasy 14 has plenty of challenging content to tackle, whether it's more complicated stuff like the Savage Arcadion Raids or more casual content like Jueno: The First Walk, the first raid in the Echoes of Vana series 'diel Alliance Raid. . However, the most difficult things you'll encounter are the Ultimate Raids, the most recent of which is Futures Rewritten, which was added in Patch 7.11 a few days ago.
As with every Ultimate Raid in Final Fantasy 14, the truly brave ones out there gathered in their statics to try and become the first team in the world to take it down. While not for everyone, it's an exciting time for Final Fantasy 14's more raid-focused community, and these fights usually take a few days for people to figure out and complete. It's tense, exciting, full of strategic discussions, and Futures Rewritten proves to be no exception.
Final Fantasy 14 Futures Rewritten Ultimate World The first race is over
Like every other Ultimate that came before it, Futures Rewritten was deleted. It was quite a tight race with a bunch of teams competing, but in the end it was a Japanese team called GRIND who managed to be first in the world after beating the raid in three days and getting their clearance at 3:26 am GMT. While the race was streamed by various teams, GRIND completed the raid off-stream.

Final Fantasy 14 Mobile could finally introduce me to MMOs
I've never been able to get into Final Fantasy 14, but starting over with everyone else in Mobile might affect me.
Unfortunately, as with other raids in the past, it appears that this clear is not without controversy. After GRIND's clarification by Futures Rewritten, a red dot was spotted on one of the clear screenshots posted on Twitter, which seems to suggest that a plug-in called Pixel Perfect was used to help players calculate their distance from enemies. This screenshot has been removed from Twitter as it looks like we still have a controversy over add-ons.
If you don't know, the Final Fantasy 14 raiding community has a tough cheat team, as it went through a bit of a scandal during the world's first race to defeat the Omega Protocol in Endwalker, as it was discovered that a team called UNNAMED_ they used plugins for an unfair advantage.
A very similar situation occurred during Dragonsong's Ultimate Reprise, as Square Enix was forced to make a statement following the discovery that a team called Neverland used third-party tools. Hopefully GRIND is actually very clean and we can celebrate the team's achievements without drama this time.
