STALKER Developer GSC Game World recently revealed that both the console and PC versions of the original STALKER games will be updated sometime in 2025. The exciting reveal for STALKER players follows in the footsteps of a major STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl update, which fixed many bugs and performance issues in the recently released FPS.
original STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl was released in 2007 and was followed by two sequels: Clear sky in 2008 and The call of Pripyat in 2009, all of which were initially available as PC exclusives. Earlier this year, GSC Game World finally released the trilogy for consoles with STALKER: Legends of the Zone Trilogy. Now with the successful reception of STALKER 2it looks like the developers are ready to give the classic some extra love STALKER trilogy.
