Rewards for defeating Zelda Echo
The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of WisdomIts final act is a dramatic series of dungeons, bosses and huge plot reveals that will leave you reeling. Just before Zelda heads to the Eternal Forest to find the Deku Tree, Null appears to steal her Prime Energy and creates an echo of the Princess to use against her. Now, you'll have to step up to the plate and defeat them.
During this penultimate battle, you'll fight an endless army of echoes, dodge attacks, and take down Zelda's echo as it flies through the air and hits the ground. It's an aggressive test of endurance, but fairly easy to beat.
Zelda Echo Fight Overview
You'll notice that this manifestation of Zelda is evil due to the glowing red eyes and harsh purple glow emanating from her body. She attempts to penetrate Null's body located under the Deku Tree to gather the energy of the Triforce and destroy Hyrule forever.
After making your way through the game's final rift, you will come across a vast platform made up of various biomes in Hyrulewith Zelda's echo standing at the end ready to be eliminated. Go there to initiate a short dialogue exchange before the battle begins.
While Zelda Echo's attacks are predictable, that doesn't mean they don't hit hard. Try to bring a selection of smoothies with high healing levels in case you need to cut their throats to stay alive.
You'll have to deal with a number of different attack patterns throughout the encounter, but most of them are easy to counter and relatively predictable. Echo of Zelda will try to overwhelm you with numbers rather than strategyas it spawns a constant horde of dark echoes that will grow in complexity as the battle continues.
They will also spend most of their time in the airwalking around the place and briefly turning into a floating black orb to avoid direct attacks and navigate the arena at immense speed.
How to beat Zelda Echo
Zelda Echo will start the battle by rushing towards you in her black spherical form. This is a fake though, as they will quickly move to the left and start summoning their first round of echoes. Counter them by summoning an echo of your own.
The best choice for this battle is Level 3 Darknut. Not only is it massive, it has a deadly spin attack and executes its moves the second you summon it. This means that you can essentially continuously send his presence to take out anything the boss throws at you.
As your echo faces the continuous stream of enemies, switch to Zelda's swordsman form and use her bow to damage her evil clone while they fly in the sky. Make sure you block using the “L” button as well, otherwise most of your shots will be missing.
If you want to deal more damage to Zelda Echo in less time, summon a Wizzrobe to go along with your bow attacks and you'll have them down in no time.
Zelda Echo will eventually be grounded and open to an attack attack. Use this as an opportunity to wail on them before they return to the sky and start unleashing even more superpower echoes. They will occasionally turn into a black sphere to flybut it means no harm.
Repeat previous tracking pattern – and remember to keep a summoned Darknut — and Zelda Echo will fall back to the ground.
For the final round, they will take on a much darker color and emit thick echoes and fasht. Too many for Zelda to take down, meaning your main goal now is to end this fight.
The third phase is a matter of prioritizing quick reflexes and frequently invoking the right echoes. You can also use them to draw aggro away from Zelda, which is essential since you'll be trying to target the boss with your bow as it moves around the arena.
Keep at it and you will emerge victorious soon. Zelda Echo will then run into the rift with Prime Energy in towleaving you with the opportunity to rescue Link from prison.
Rewards for defeating Zelda Echo
Nothing! Well, nothing material to speak of. But you save Link and have him by your side for the rest of the game as you make your way to the final boss.
To release it, equip Zelda's swordsman form and shoot a bow at the crystal containing the twink. He will do the rest of the work.
Before going to the next area,
you will have to surrender all weapons to Link
and uses Zelda's echo powers for the rest of the story. It is a point of no return for all open world exploration and side quests.
