In theory, you just have to consume these potions and foods to obtain the mentioned effects. Of course, consuming all of them may take some time, so to solve this, we highly recommend using sprinkling potions. You can set up a dispensing system to spray all the potions on the ground, giving you all the effects at once.
From there, you'll just have to eat a pufferfish, golden apple and suspicious stew made with azure blue.
Lighthouse effects
Many of these effects can easily be achieved by standing next to a lighthouse. This achievement is best accomplished while standing in a designated area, so you should definitely install some beacons which provides the following effects.
-
Hurry
-
Jump Boost
-
Regeneration
-
Speed
-
Resistance
Tips for achieving other effects
There are a handful of other effects that are a little harder to get. Below, you can check out helpful tips for getting each.
Effect(s)
tips
Bad Omen, Raid Omen and Trial Omen
These three are linked together. As such, you can kill a dust captain, who is in a village, and then make your way to a courtroom
Trial Omen lasts at least 15 minutes, Bad Omen lasts 1 hour 40 minutes, and Raid Omen lasts 30 seconds after entering a village.
duct
Simply be near an active conduit (this applies underwater, but lasts 12 seconds after you leave the water)
The village hero
This is done simply by beating a raid and takes 40 minutes
The levitation
Only Shulkers give this effect, so you'll have to complete the difficult task of bringing a Shulker to the overworld.
Mining fatigue
Elder Guardians are in the Ocean Monuments; as such, you can either bring one or set up your own How Did We Get Here? station near a monument
You just need to be within 50 blocks of the Elder Guardian
they wither
Wither can be obtained by touching a Wither Rose
These drop when Wither kills a mob (flower drops from dead mob)
Grace of the Dolphin
Dolphins live in the ocean, so you will have to find one and most likely capture them
Fortunately, you can put a lead on a Dolphin and bring it wherever you complete this progress
Brilliant
You can set up a distributor to shoot a spectral arrow at you
Darkness
This can be hard to get as it comes from either the Warden or a naturally spawned Sculk Shrieker.
To simplify this process, you can capture/transport a Warden
So with this in mind, one strategy would be to have a open area where the effects can be staged. This includes dispensers for drop potions and Spectral Arrow, as well as a Wither Rose, Dolphin, Shulker and Warden.
It is important to note that this will not be easy. There are several ways this can be done to streamline the process; you can find other other Minecrafters online who came up with a process that worked for them.
Overall, the biggest piece of advice we can give you is prepare ahead. How we got here is hard and it's not something you can decide to do on a whim. This will require a lot of preparation and you may need to do some trial runs.
