Unlike the original Mass effect game, you don't need multiple games to unlock all its achievements and trophies. Due to several changes introduced with Legendary Edition, you can 100 percent Mass Effect 1 in one play.

This is primarily because the Insanity difficulty is available from the start. You don't have to beat the game once to unlock it. In addition, achievements/trophies that require the use of certain skills can now be easily unlocked through team members during the same game. You just have to know where to invest their skill points.
