Leave the meeting room and head to the dining car. Pick it up napkin from the bar counter and then rummage through briefcase left under one of the dining room tables. You will find a bottle of surgical spirits.

With the cup of soup, return to the meeting room and give it to Mr. Masson. Initiate another vote by talking to the leader of society.

Exit the meeting room and your next task will immediately confront you in the form of Arista Gudrun.

How to repair the auditory horn

What to do while disguised as Lady Unterwald

Now, go to the Sleeping Carriage and approach the twins trying to break into Herman's room. You'll need another route inside.
