Before you can purchase the Queen of Sauce Cookbook, you must first unlock it by finding at least 100 Golden Nuts in Ginger Island. Here's a quick rundown of everything you need to do to unlock the Queen of Sauce Cookbook:

Complete main quests: Complete either the Community Center restoration or the Joja Community Development Path.
Repair Willy's Boat: Restore Willy's boat to access Ginger Island.
Explore Ginger Island: Once you can travel to Ginger Island, start exploring.
Collect 100
Golden Walnut

: Collect 100 Golden Nuts all over Ginger Island. They can be found in various locations such as treasure chests, completing quests and fishing.

Since this is not an easy task, the Queen of Sauce Cookbook only becomes available after reaching the endgame stages. However, once you collect 100 gold nuts, the cookbook will always be available from the Bookstore in Stardew Valley.
