JD Vance slams Jennifer Aniston for dragging his daughter, 2, into ‘childless cat ladies’ drama

JD Vance is applauding Jennifer Aniston, who mentioned the Republican vice presidential nominee's daughter while slamming him for saying “childless cat ladies” run the country.

“It's disgusting because my daughter is 2,” the senator said of the “Friends” star's comments while appearing on the Megyn Kelly Show on Friday, Page Six reports.

“And secondly, if she had fertility issues, as I said in that speech, I would try everything I could to try to help her because I think families and babies are a good thing,” he continued.

Aniston, 55, who has spoken about her fertility struggles in the past, targeted the “Hillbilly Elegy” author on social media earlier this week after comments he made in 2021 resurfaced online .

“All I can say is… Mr. Vance, I pray that your daughter is lucky enough to have children of her own one day,” she said on her IG stories, which featured a tweet showing the politician's words.

“I hope she won't have to turn to IVF as a second option. Because you're trying to take that from her too.”

Vance, who was recently chosen to be former President Donald Trump's running mate, previously described Democratic politicians like Kamala Harris, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Pete Buttigieg as “childless people” who sought to control “the entire future of the Democrats.”

“How does it make any sense that we handed over our country to people who have no direct interest in it?” he also said in July 2021.

Vance is father to sons Ewan, 6, and Vivek, 4, and daughter Mirabel, 2, with his wife Usha.

Aniston detailed her IVF journey with Allure Magazine in 2022, telling the outlet that she tried several times to get pregnant — even “going through IVF [and] drinking Chinese teas” during “all the years of [media] speculation.”

“I threw everything into it. I would have given anything to have someone say, “Freeze your eggs. Do yourself a favor. You just don't believe it. So here I am today. The ship has sailed.”

Despite missing the opportunity, she also said she had “no regrets” and actually felt “a little relieved”.

Aniston has yet to respond to Vance's new comments about her.
