Pugneum is the main one drop from Santinele in No man's sky. When you destroy a sentry, it drops a loot barrel, which always includes Pugneum. The amount of Pugneum you get depends on the level of the enemy. The stronger the enemy, the more Pugneum you will get. Sentinels appear on almost every planet in the game, but there are a few ways you can farm Pugneum more efficiently.
