Usually, at this point in a console's life, the release list would be pretty much dry and we'd know when its successor was coming. Not Nintendo Switch. While we know a new Nintendo console is coming at some point, we have no idea when. The platform's big releases have been far from dry. We've already had a new Zelda game and a fantastic Paper Mario remake this year, among many others, and the next one is here Mario & Luigi: Brotherhood.

Given that Nintendo has a new console with what I can only assume is a killer launch line to work on, they could have easily remade or even remastered an old Mario & Luigi game for the Switch in this holiday season and everyone would have. they were fine with him. This is a brand new adventure in a series that many probably assumed was left in the past. Mario & Luigi: Brotherhood launches exclusively on Nintendo Switch on November 7, 2024which means if you're reading this before then, you still have time to place a pre-order.
Where to find Mario & Luigi: Brotherhood's various pre-order bonuses
It took a while for Nintendo to reveal what Brotherhood's pre-order bonuses would be, and once it did, it also confirmed that certain bonuses are exclusive to certain stores. Below are all of the game's bonuses and where you can find each of them.

Acrylic keychain set that can be shared |

The running theme for Brotherhood's pre-order bonuses is that they are all shareable. Wherever you pre-order the game – provided it's one of the three points above – you'll receive a physical bonus designed to give a half to someone else. Or, you know, keep them both to yourself, I won't tell anyone. As always when it comes to Nintendo pre-order bonuses, since these are store exclusives, you'll either have to choose which one you like best, or buy a copy of the game from each of the three stores if you desperately want them all . .

Why Amazon and Walmart don't have Brotherhood pre-orders
You'll notice that a few of the larger online storefronts are missing from the list of options above. You may have come here looking for an alternative to Amazon and Walmart, along with an explanation as to why Brotherhood pre-orders are not available at either store. Unfortunately, there's no explanation, just an ongoing pattern that points to problems between Nintendo and the two retailers.
The still-unexplained saga began in April 2024, when Amazon canceled pre-orders for Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and Luigi's Mansion 2 HD without explanation. The site has not stocked pre-orders for Switch games since then. The same thing happened to Walmart shortly after, and while the store appears to have Switch games in stock once the games have been released, they no longer offer pre-orders.
Mario & Luigi: Brotherhood will launch exclusively on Nintendo Switch on November 7, 2024. It's the last big Switch exclusive of the year, but we already know there's still Donkey Kong Country Returns HD, Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition, and Metroid Prime. 4 Beyond is coming to Switch, despite Nintendo revealing something about its next console any day now.
