According to ABC13, two women, ages 19 and 20, met him at a gym and spent the day engaging in activities such as ATV riding and bowling. However, their experience took a terrifying turn when Pritchett threatened them at gunpoint, speeding down I-10 and confiscating their phones, telling them he planned to kill them. After stopping his vehicle, Pritchett told the women they had a chance to escape, prompting them to walk for over an hour until they found a passerby who helped them contact police. On December 26, 2024, Pritchett was charged with two counts of aggravated kidnapping, but had already fled the country. Authorities have confirmed with the FBI that he flew to Doha, Qatar on December 9 on a one-way ticket and is now in Dubai.
