shrouded is an exceptionally well-presented action RPG, most notable for the incredible attention to detail and effort that went into hand-crafting the map. Where other games use shortcuts, such as using procedural generation to create a world, shrouded it goes old school. Care and attention has been put into every detail of the game, and that goes for the weapons as well.

As in most fantasy games, swords are very common weapons shrouded. And a traditional sword and board solo build is very viable in this game. Whether the player wants to specialize in dealing damage or take on more of a tank role, a sword is an excellent choice of weapon in shrouded.

Most notably, the update that added dungeon-style content, Hollow Halls. So it made sense to revise this list, adding some of the newer swords that were either added to the game in updates or found by players after the original list was published. Many of the new swords feature multiple damage types, and this gives them more utility as it means the player won't have to switch weapons as often to match enemy vulnerabilities.

11 Sharp broadsword

Piercing, slashing and shroud damage in one weapon

The sharp broadsword is absolutely huge. The model is really quite overwhelming, but very cool. But the best thing about the Sharpened Broadsword, aside from its awesome aesthetics, is that it deals three different types of damage; puncture, shroud and cut damage. This makes him something of a jack of all trades.

Due to its excellent utility, this is a weapon that any sword and plate build could benefit from having in their inventory. It can be a bit difficult to farm as it is not found in loot chests and can only be looted from the corpses of fallen enemies.

10 Noble Sword

A good weapon for minimal play

The Noble Sword is a good replacement for early game swords like the Scrappy Sword, which is crafted by the Blacksmith NPC. They're fairly easy for novice players to get their hands on, and if a legendary version can be looted, it deals maximum damage that all swords share. shrouded.

Finding the Noble Sword is quite simple. Can be looted from Pike Capital City POI in Revelwood. However, the player may need to use the reload/spawn trick to loot the legendary version of this sword. Don't be fooled by the somewhat low durability of the Wolf's Gull sword shrouded. This is a fantastic all round sword that will suit many builds as a primary weapon. The reason for this is the very high blunt damage. 40% of all damage this sword deals is blunt, with the rest split between slashing and slashing damage.

Another great thing about the Maw Wolf Sword shrouded is that it is one of the easier legendary swords to loot. Head to the Kindlewastes, Nomad Highlands or Revelwoods and farm gold chests. The usual garbage disposal technique will work here.

8 White Wolf Sword

The White Wolf Sword is another contender for a mid-game replacement sword. This weapon is very easy to loot and has max damage stats if the player can loot a legendary version.

To find a white wolf sword, go to Kindle Trash region on the map. All chests in this region have the White Wolf Sword in their loot tables. However, gold chests are more likely to contain the legendary version of this sword. As usual, the reload/spawn trick can be used to farm a suitable chest.

7 The Sword of Shining

A contender for best mid-game sword

Although the Sword Of Radiance is harder to loot than the previous two swords on this list, it is still obtainable by mid-game players who don't have very good gear. With patience and skill, it is possible to skip the previous two swords and go straight for the Sword Of Radiance.

This sword is located in Nomadic Highlands area. Find the sport and climb to the top, then use a glider to glide down to the southwest and find a gold chest on top of one of the smaller towers. Use the reload/respawn trick to the legendary version of this sword.

6 Ice blade

Easy to loot mid game sword

Ice Blade is a good mid-game weapon for warriors, people playing a tank build, or anyone who has experienced some tanking skills and needs a one-handed weapon. It's another easy sword to loot shrouded. Well, easy is a relative term here. It's easy to get to the location where this sword can be looted, but depending on the RNG, it might take some time to loot a legendary version.

Head towards Kindle Trash and look for chests, preferably a golden one. After locating a chest, use the reload/spawn trick until the legendary version of this sword is looted from the chest.

5 Unholy Steel Sword

Piercing, cutting and blunt damage in one weapon

Sacrilegious Steelsword is another sword with fantastic utility for shrouded players. This is a sword with three types of damage; piercing, cutting and blunting. Blunt damage is especially useful since this is generally something maces feature.

The description of this sword is pretty cool, stating that it was forged from steel taken from fallen soldiers. However, this weapon has a downside. It can only be looted from coffins inside Hollow Halls, meaning it won't be easy to find until later in the game.

4 Sunbeam

Cutting and piercing sword with a small amount of fire damage

Sunbeam is a great new sword weapon for shrouded players to try to loot. As with most swords, it mainly deals slashing and piercing damage, although it also has a small amount of fire damage, somewhere around 10%.

The really cool thing about this legendary greatsword is that it shouldn't be too hard to loot. Found as a legendary item in gold chests in the Kindlewastes and Nomad Highlands areas. The rare version of this sword can be looted from silver chests in the same locations.

3 Major Arcana

Endgame weapon that is very hard to get

This cool looking sword is one of the best to be found when playing shrouded. However, there is a downside to this. Looting this sword is so difficult that many shrouded players believe there is a game bug that prevents this sword from dropping as often as it should.

Major Arcana can only be looted in level 30 areas at the end of the map. This means that players who are not prepared enough will struggle to get to the location to try to loot this sword.

2 Nova

Almost the best, but hard to find

Nova might take the number one spot on this list, but the final selection beats it for one reason, which will be explained. The Nova is a great sword, but quite hard to find. There is only one confirmed location where players can loot it.

In Kindle Trash region, there is a small cave to the north. There is a chest in this cave and Nova is in the loot table for this chest. However, be prepared for a long session of the reload/respawn trick unless the player is very lucky. But the Nova is a great gun and worth the effort.

1 Flaming Sword

A sword that shines!

Like most swords in shrouded share similar stats, the Flaming Sword tops this list for a very specific reason: it shines. This means the player will not have to resort to carrying a torch when entering dark environments such as caves and tombs.

The best place to loot the Flaming Sword is close to Temple of the Sun. Go there and then go a short way southwest. There is a small ledge on a rock that should be located. Climb or jump up to this ledge and there is a gold chest on this ledge. Use the reload/spawn trick until the Flaming Sword appears.
