What are the no-nonsense?
Even without a superpower, individuals without mushrooms can also contribute to the Society of Heroes
My hero academy is a world abundant with individuals who can use superhuman powers known as Quirks. Since the beginning of Quirks, which occurred about 100 years before, several generations have passed their Quirk on to new heirs, thus evolving and improving the Quirks that were passed down; this is also what dr. Kyudai Garaki calls the Singularity theory Quirk.
As a result of this superhuman phenomenon, at the beginning of the series, approximately 80% of the world's population can use Quirks, no matter how insignificant they may be. As such, 20% of the remaining population is Quirkless. Since these superhuman individuals outnumber the mushroomless, they are often the target of discrimination and ridicule.
- Individuals without quirks are born with two joints in their little toe, and an x-ray can confirm if an individual does not have a Quirk.
- Quirks would manifest when a child reaches the age of 4.
- Mutant children can generally use their Quirks at birth because the extra appendage is part of their body.

Number 6 was seen as just an experiment for All For One to prey on. What motivated All For One's actions and his plan for the future?
As mentioned above, non-queer individuals are often the recipients of discrimination, as seen with Midoriya Izuku in season 1 of My Hero Academia. While Midoriya got the short end of the stick and faced countless incidents of bullying, this type of discrimination was not faced by other Quirkless individuals. While being Quirkless can be seen as a hindrance to those living in Hero Society, it does not affect their daily lives.
Another point worth noting is that others are not aware of who Quirkless is or isn't; revealing an individual's potential Quirk is entirely up to the individual. In this case, an example would be Aoyama Yuga, who lived as Quirkless for some time before receiving his Quirk: Navel Laser from All For One. Yuga inherently felt that he was different from the others because he didn't have a Quirk, and since his parents adored him, they found a way to give him a Quirk because they didn't want Yuga to be discriminated against. With this, it is likely that Yuga did not inform any of his peers of his Quirkless status, thus saving himself from discrimination.
I always wanted to be equal to everyone else.
In the series, there is a high demand for people with powerful Quirks, who make up the Hero Society. Because of this, it is obvious that Quirkless individuals are at the bottom of the hierarchy, as they no longer fit into society and lack a core Quirk to distinguish themselves. However, this does not mean that innocent individuals are weak when faced with a powerful villain; the battle will be lost. However, non-freak individuals are innovative and have other means of struggle.

Disgruntled individuals can be considered weak when it comes to becoming a pro hero; however, that doesn't mean they don't have their own methods of fighting. In My Hero Academia: Vigilanteswe meet Oguro Iwao, also known as High Speed Hero: O'Clock, who was known for Quirk: Overclock.
Oguro accomplished several feats as a professional hero until All For One stole his Quirk and gave it to Number 6, Rokuro Nomura. After his Quirk was stolen, Oguro worked and trained tirelessly to continue his work as a vigilante, uncovering All For One's plan and using his connections to save his daughter from the clutches of the Villain Factory.
During this time, Oguro successfully defeated several instant villains with his bare fists, which caused him to become admired by Koichi and Kazuho. Although Oguro was a professional hero, Quirks are used to give you an advantage in battle. However, some form of martial arts is still necessary if the individual intends to face a villain in hand-to-hand combat.

My Hero Academia: Is Shigaraki Tomura a spoiled brat?
Shigaraki Tomura can be impulsive and vindictive and hold petty grudges. Does this mean Tomura is a spoiled brat?
This is why Uraraka Ochaco interned at Gunhead's agency to learn martial arts. While Quirks definitely give you an advantage in battle, it is imperative that the user is aware of the Quirk's limitations as it may not help them in every battle, which is why certain Pro Heroes or Sidekicks are more suitable to the agencies where their Quirks are. necessary.
If a person without the Quirk trained adequately, they too could participate somewhat in combat, most likely against weaker villains. However, Melissa Shield, also known for not being Quirkless, built support items to help the heroes on the field. While this isn't a traditional means of combat, supporting those in combat with innovative technology that boosts their Quirk and enhances their capabilities is impressive in its own right.
More often than not, individuals who don't stand a chance in the fight against powerful villains. However, provided the individual has the capabilities, knowledge and experience to participate in combat, he would not be considered weak. After All Might gave Midoriya Izuku Quirk: One For All, he became Quirkless again. However, after amassing a fortune during his time as a symbol of peace, All Might and Melissa Shield developed the supercosm Armored All Might.
Because I wanted to become a hero no matter what.
Class A students inspired this costume and gave All Might the boost he needed to fight All For One. Although All Might lost the battle, if All Might had fought against another villain, the battle would have definitely been won. While lean individuals might be seen as weak in a traditional sense, many individuals have proven this wrong to some degree. Cleverness does not define a person, but rather how they intend to live their life.
