Strong

During the climax of Resident Evil 3Jill will face Nemesis (again) in her final form, but unlike the 1999 version, Jill gets a handy gun to help her take down Nemesis for good. While it's arguable that Capcom missed the perfect opportunity to insert the famous “Want STARS?” quote here, there's no denying that Jill's barrel as she shoves the barrel of the rail gun into Nemesis's mouth is just as satisfying to hear.

After all, she's already fought this creature twice (directly) by this point, and Nemesis has been harassing her throughout the game, so she's just letting out some pent-up frustration.

In Resident Evil 5once Chris and Sheva manage to overpower Wesker and Jill (or, ironically, wait seven minutes for Wesker to leave), there's a scene where Wesker takes a phone call and leaves Jill to fend for herself with Chris and Sheva. Eventually, Chris and Sheva are able to remove the P30 device from Jill's chest and free her from Wesker's control. When this happens, she will apologize to Sheva for her actions, saying that she couldn't help it, but she was subconsciously aware all along.

Jill will encourage Chris to take out Wesker, informing him of Wesker's plot to unleash the Uroboros on unsuspecting citizens and initiate natural selection to thin the population. When Chris hesitates, Jill tugs at the heartstrings by asking him if he trusts her, instilling in him the same loyalty they had before the incident at Spencer's Mansion, as seen in the Lost in Nightmares DLC.

Resident Evil: 7 Best Albert Wesker Quotes, Ranked

Every evil mastermind has to have their fair share of iconic quotes, and Wesker has more than a few of the very memorable ones from Resident Evil.

Jill also mentions that while the storm is gone, the worst is yet to come, so the calm won't last. The quote alone resonates deeply, but paired with a killer soundtrack and the shot of Jill looking out the window, it's an unforgettable moment.

In one part, Jill reveals her fear of spiders, saying that she can effortlessly take on mindless zombies and horrible creatures of all shapes and sizes, but when it comes to spiders, she's a big wuss.

Not only does the quote add another layer to Jill's character, revealing one of her few vulnerabilities, but it also reminds fans of the franchise that even though these characters are formidable cops, agents, and superhumans, they are—basically—still controlled by the same. emotions and fears like any ordinary person.

As a former STARS member and RPD enforcement agent, Jill has always prioritized doing the right thing and seeking justice. Even when put to work by Nemesis, her faith in the justice system never wavers. Catherine Disher gives one of the most captivating performances for Jill Valentine in Resident Evil 3: Nemesisand one that certainly stuck with many players in the years that followed, but also had the honor and privilege of leaving some of the best quotes for Jill in one of resident evilhis best games.

Disher's Jill is definitely more serious than comedic, so her more inspirational quotes hit harder and fit the overall narrative of Resident Evil 3: Nemesis as an overall more grounded game than the remake, which doesn't shy away from funnier moments.

Jill's VA Nicole Tompkins reprises her role from Resident Evil 3 to drop some of the most hilarious one-liners during her mission to defeat the Mastermind. Jill from Tompkins definitely tickles the funny bone with her cracking line delivery.

The Resident Evil series is home to a multitude of iconic quotes, and Claire Redfield is the source of several of them.

There are a few different voice lines for Jill – the unlocking master – as she comes across a sealed door. But Tompkins' sarcastic delivery of this particular line brings Jill's personality to life in a way that previous games couldn't.

Another line from Resident Evil: Resistance Nicole Tompkins' screaming also comes from Jill's interaction with a locked door, which seems to be a bigger obstacle for her than the actual springs. it's not the funniest way to say someone excels at picking locks, nothing is.

It only adds to the hilarity that Tompkins delivers the line so earnestly, as if Jill takes excessive pride in being the best “door unlocker” around. Someone should tell Jill that a “trained door opener” is not a real profession.

3 “B*tch can't even swim.”

Jill taunts Nemesis after he falls into the river

Jill Valentine is talking to Carlos on the radio

both Resident Evil 3: Nemesis and the Resident Evil 3 the remake gives Jill some of her best lines ever, especially when directed for Nemesis. Jill is clearly angry at the giant creature out to destroy her, so she can't help but voice her displeasure and disapproval at times. After setting Nemesis on fire and seeing him fall headfirst over a railing and into the river, Jill taunts her and makes fun of her inability to swim, assuming that Nemesis drowned.

She is quickly made to eat her words as the stage 2 Nemesis jumps out of the water and chases her into the clock tower square where the game's second major boss fight takes place. Jill may have spoken too soon, but the quote itself became a viral meme around the time of the game's release.

2 “September 28, daylight. The monsters overtook the city. Somehow… I'm still alive.”

Jill's journal entry and internal monologue

Resident Evil 3: Nemesis takes place on September 28, when Umbrella unleashes Nemesis on the abandoned Racoon City to eliminate all remaining members of the STARS unit, who know too much about Umbrella's involvement in the city's destruction. Before making her vow to leave Raccoon City for “one last escape”, Jill sets the scene and tone of the game by mentioning how Raccoon City is overrun by zombies and is surprised to be alive in the midst of the chaos.

It's a nice use of voiceover to introduce Jill as the main character, but the narration also serves as an introduction to Resident Evil 3: Nemesiswhere players are greeted with a sense of foreboding from Jill's words, as if she is lucky to be alive, but something – Nemesis – is about to test her will to live.

1 “You want STARS? I will give you STARS!”

Jill's famous line to Nemesis

Jill picked up the rail gun

Jill Valentine's most famous and memorable quote is one that appears in both Resident Evil 3: Nemesis and the 2020 remake. In the original, Jill says the line after dealing the final blow to Nemesis as a mocking farewell and a massive “F you” mocking Nemesis' constant pursuit of her. In the remake, Jill says the line after breaking up with Carlos and offers to use herself as bait to lure Nemesis away from the subway train and the survivors on board.

Unfortunately, the line can be cut Resident Evil 3 if Nemesis punches Jill, but both Disher and Tompkins find the quote, and it has always remained Jill's staple.
