But it seems that the Knights of God are excluded from this category. Otherwise, he could not have executed Donquixote Myosgard. It is likely that the Saint. Figarland Garling at least supersedes the regular Celestial Dragons in terms of authority. He is free to punish as he sees fit, which means he is a man of great importance.
