How to get the cave heart piece from the beach
Suthorn Beach Cave:
If you missed the Piece of Heart when you initially went through it beach cave, you can get back to her by fast-tracking to Suthorn Village, then heading west. It's the cave you have to go through to get there from the beach area Suthorn Village. If you're coming from the west, you'll know you're entering the cave when you find the entrance blocked by several sea urchins the enemies.
Boulder Echo:

There's a higher platform that it looks like you'll have to throw the Boulder from to break the boxes, but getting to the platform can knock you around at first. With three echoes available, it doesn't seem possible to reach the platform. That is until you notice the obvious rock wall staring you in the face.
If you missed the climbable rock wall, don't worry, you're not the only one. The game doesn't seem to give any indication that the wall is climbable. But that's actually how you get to the upper platform. Follow these steps to collect the piece of heart:
- Climb the rock wall to reach the higher platform
- Create a Boulder Echo at the edge of the platform and let it fall to break a box – it will only break one.
- Hold ZR to clear the Boulder, then throw another one into the next box.
- Repeat the process to break the third box.
- The room is now accessible. Collect the piece of heart.
