How to upgrade the item level of Cyrce's Circlet
As more content is added to a World of Warcraft expansion, it may be difficult for some players to keep their gear up to date if they haven't played that long. As a result, Blizzard will often release some form of recovery gear that can be transferred to others. While this Warbound gear isn't often spectacular, it can certainly help players who just finished the campaign and then took a few months off.
As part of the Siren Isle content update, Blizzard added a unique ring called Cyrce's Circlet, which not only serves as a powerful recovery piece, but is also something that everyone will definitely find useful given that it starts at item level 639, which puts is on the same level as the loot that can be obtained from the last two bosses of the Nerub-ar Palace.
