Wuthering Waves Version 1.4 has been announced and will be released on November 14th. Called “When The Night Knocks”, the main highlight of the update is the introduction of two new Resonators, one of them the five-star character Havoc Camellya. Available in Phase 1 of Version 1.4, she is the Flower Bearer of the Black Shores, the same region as Shorekeeper.
