Twitter is now full of people mocking Skull & Bones, with many amazed that Ryu Ga Gotoku Studios is making an actual Black Flag sequel.

Even the comments section of the recent YouTube showcase is full of people roasting Skull & Bones to heaven. Poor Ubisoft.
Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii is one of the many pirate-themed video games released in recent years, though you could argue that it's easily the most ridiculous. Ryu Ga Gotoku Studios showcased this perfectly in its recent showcase event, giving us the best look yet at all the systems in the game, along with some more of that silly ship combat.
However, despite looking incredibly silly, comparisons have already been made to Ubisoft's Skull & Bones title, which went from sinking ship to shipwrecks over the past year. Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza of Hawaii not only looked like it took the game's ship combat and made it ridiculous, but it seems to have built right on it, allowing you to board and fight the crew of an enemy ship .

it looks so impressive that people immediately flocked to social media after the showcase ended to stick the knife into Skull & Bones and give it a powerful twist as the title was roasted to Hell and back. You'll find plenty of tweets poking fun at Ubisoft (like the one from Twitter user Solid Rock above) for failing to make a successful spiritual successor to Black Flag with an amazing budget, while what Ryu Ga Gotoku potentially did with a fraction of the time and money.
