Although only a few months have passed since then Zenless Zone Zero released, the title has already gained substantial popularity among gamers. Developed by the well-known HoYoverse has contributed to this rise in fame and fans appreciate it too Zenless Zone Zero for the premise of the story, the quirky characters and the adorable Bangboo companions. Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.3 will be released on November 6, with new characters S Rank Yanagi and Lighter, as well as new game content and events. A leak from Zenless Zone Zero reveals a new Bangboo rumored to be coming in version 1.3, and avid gamers can get it for free.

During the official Zenless Zone Zero 1.3 Chinese live stream on Bilibili, HoYoverse revealed that the RPG is teaming up with McDonald's in the coming months, but the crossover is apparently exclusive to China. Although the developers did not provide more details about this issue, prominently Genshin ImpactLeaker MadCroiX shared some of the collaboration's exclusive merchandise. Items include an Anby Demara pin and a keychain featuring a Bangboo in a McDonald's uniform with the phrase “Best Friends Forever.” The leak also shows what appears to be a large cardboard display of McDonald's Bangboo. This isn't the first time a HoYoverse game has collaborated with an exclusive Chinese food chain, as Genshin ImpactHis partnership with KFC brought limited Melusine toys to fans in this region.

Zenless Zone Zero partners with McDonald's only in China

In the official illustration of the collaboration, Zenless Zone Zero the characters Anby, Nicole, Nekomiya and Billy are seen eating fried chicken and McDonald's burgers outside the restaurant. This suggests that collaboration may involve buying a special table to obtain ZZZ goods. A McDonald's and Zenless Zone Zero crossover can be a good choice as the game features similar restaurants and foods in its universe such as Cheesetopia.

Regardless of its limited availability, Zenless Zone ZeroHis collaboration with McDonald's should be exciting news for players. If the collaboration is popular with fans, HoYoverse could see the potential to bring it to other countries. Of course, not all of the company's international partnerships have been smooth sailing, as the recent crossover between McDonald's and Genshin Impact faced criticism due to players having difficulty redeeming rewards.
